We provide online consultation services only. No physical products are sold or shipped.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel or reschedule your consultation by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

If you cancel your consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Once an online consultation has been completed, the service is considered fully delivered and is not eligible for a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a technical issue on our side prevents the consultation from taking place, we will either reschedule the session or issue a full refund.

No Physical Returns

Because we provide digital consultation services only, there are no physical products to return.
